A login of your own

The bursar signs in separately from teachers, with an email code each time. Fee records stay with the people who manage them.

Day to day work

• Set the fee structure once for each class
• Record a payment and print its receipt straight away
• See each learner’s balance without adding it up by hand

Shared carefully

The head teacher receives a finance summary. Parents can see their own child’s fees in the portal, so fewer visits to the office are needed just to ask what is owed.
