Report Card Software for Primary Schools
A primary report card must show marks, grades, an aggregate, a division and comments from the class teacher and head teacher, and it must be right for every learner. Eduscape is set up for exactly that.
Shaped around the primary term
Most primary schools assess three times: Beginning of Term (BOT), Mid Term and End of Term. Each has its own sheet in Eduscape. Teachers enter marks by subject, and the assessment sheets and result analysis are built from them.
Grades, aggregates and divisions
Marks become grades from D1 to F9, subject aggregates add up as you type, and the division is worked out automatically. The table feels like Excel, so teachers who use spreadsheets can begin at once.
Comments you can trust
Each learner receives a comment that fits the result, with encouragement where improvement is needed. Class teachers and head teachers can edit any of them before printing.
Print the whole class
Choose a template for Primary and Nursery, add signatories and the stamp, then print the class on A4 or save it as a single PDF.
Control for the head teacher
A class teacher’s code opens only their own class. The head teacher reviews results, the honour roll and learner progress across the school.
