School Management System for Schools
Eduscape keeps a school’s records together: learners, marks, report cards, fees, staff, admissions, the timetable and parent access. It follows how schools already work, with D1 to F9 grading and the BOT, Mid Term and End of Term cycle.
Why one system
Many schools begin with exercise books and Excel files. That is fine until a head teacher needs class lists, fee balances and results at once and each lives somewhere different. In one system a figure is entered once and used everywhere.
What is inside
Marks and grades
A spreadsheet-style table; grades, points and aggregates update as you type.
Report cards
Templates for Primary, Nursery and Secondary, with comments matched to each result.
Learners
Register, promotion, behaviour, and health and welfare records.
Admissions
An applicants list and a printable admission form.
Fees
Fee structure, learner accounts, receipts, balances and parent reminders.
Staff and timetable
A staff list with roles, classes and subjects, and a timetable that flags clashes.
Attendance
A daily learner register that feeds days attended on report cards, plus a staff register.
Bursar and finance
A bursar dashboard for payments, expenses and balances, with a read-only view for the head teacher.
Parent portal
A code for each learner, with messages, meetings and notices.
School tools
ID cards with barcodes, certificates, termly work plans and a stamp creator.
Made for local conditions
After one opening it keeps working without internet, and work saves as you type, so a power cut does not cost you marks. Nothing needs installing, because it opens in a browser. Class teacher codes keep each teacher to their own class while the head teacher oversees everything.
Who signs in
The head teacher sees the whole school, class teachers see their class, the bursar works in finance and parents get a read-only view of one learner. Messages to parents go out through WhatsApp or the phone’s SMS app.
Primary and nursery together
The head teacher chooses the Primary or Nursery section, and learners, classes, marks and reports follow. See primary school report cards and nursery report cards.
Plans and price
School plans start at UGX 70,000 a term for up to 300 learners (secondary schools from UGX 98,000), and individual teachers can begin at UGX 20,000 a term. The pricing page has the rest.
Common questions
What is a school management system?
Software that keeps learners, marks, report cards, fees, staff and parent communication in one place instead of in separate books and files.
Is it suitable for a small school?
Yes. Starter covers up to 300 learners, and individual teachers can use a one-class plan.
Do I need internet all the time?
No. Once opened, Eduscape keeps working offline and syncs when you are back online.
